Smith Point Race results (July 8, 2023) - Raced this year in Shinnecock Bay:
The weather was sunny and warm, and the wind was mild and steady throughout the afternoon. The first leg of the race started in the morning around 11:30am at the SYC and finished at Pow-Wow point in East Quogue. This leg lasted for about 1 hour and all the sailors took a break at the beach. The SYC provided a picnic of food and beverages for everyone. After a lunch break the race committee started the 2nd race at around 2:00pm and all the boats raced back to the SYC in Penniman Creek. The following are the results of boat races
