Smith Point Race results (July 7, 2024) -
Raced this year in Shinnecock Bay:

The weather was foggy, partly sunny, hot, and very light winds. The first leg of the race started in the morning around 11:30am at the SYC and finished at the shore past Pine Neck point in East Quogue. This leg lasted for about 1 hour because the wind was so calm.  At the McChesney beach all the sailors took a break for food and refreshments.  After a lunch break the race committee started the 2nd race at around 2:00pm and all the boats slowly raced back to the Shinnecock Yacht Club in Penniman Creek.  The following are the results of the two boat races
